Entrants must be available for a photo shoot during the week of the 1 - 5 November 2021 (We will work around school times) and rehearsals for the show leading up to the event. Rehearsals will be during the week of the 29 November - 3 December 2021.
Entrants must be available for the pageant on 4 December 2021. The date may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. (eg. weather or covid restrictions) The rain date will be 5 December 2021.
Entrants must not be part of or have any background that can bring the pageant into any disrepute.
Entrants, the winner of Miss SPCA Kloof & Highway and any title holder within the pageant gives the SPCA Kloof & Highway organisers and sponsors permission to use any photographs or video which has been taken at any function, rehearsal or show relating to Miss SPCA 2021 to be used in social media and print media to promote the pageant.
Prizes cannot be transferred to another person and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Entrants are required to adhere to the rules and regulations of the pageant and if so, choose not to, will be disqualified.
The organisers have the right to change the dates, rules and regulations at anytime to suit the smooth running of the pageant.
Finalists will be judged on personality, beauty and poise.
Finalists will be interviewed on stage at the final.
The winners must remain after the pageant for photographs and interviews.
Miss SPCA must be available through the year of 2021 until the Miss SPCA Kloof & Highway 2022 pageant, to attend functions and the 2022 Miss SPCA Kloof & Highway crowning if possible.
